I love this guy, he was a pain to draw, but he was fun nevertheless. 
I hope this looks okay. His legs are supposed to be in the background but his tail is kinda covering them and my scanner cut most of that off and I was kinda worried when I scanned it. But I just hope he actually looks like he's underwater. (Yes, water. Woooo)
